Here’s what the hiring process for construction staffing looks like:
- Application – Fill out a jobs contact form today! After applying your application will then be reviewed by a recruiter. If you meet our hiring criteria and demonstrate a strong work ethic, we will follow-up.
- Interview – CLC wants to see you meet your career goals. If you are invited in for an appointment, your recruiter will conduct an interview to assess your interests, experience, career goals and work preferences. During the interview, they will review your work history and identify opportunities that may be right for you.
- Reference Checks / Background Check / Drug Screen – CLC will contact previous employers to verify dates of employment and work performance. We also conduct criminal background checks for any disqualifying convictions.
- Paperwork and ID Documents – You will be asked to complete State and Federal Tax forms, as well as the I-9 form. When completing the I-9, you are required to supply identification according to the list of acceptable documentation to verify identity and work authorization.
